We currently ship to the United States and worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-5 business days before being shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and the selected shipping method.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Ukraine): 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping (USA & Europe): 10-15 business days.
  • International Shipping (Other countries): 10-26 business days.

Additional Processing Time for Made-to-Order Items:

Some of our products are custom-made or personalized and require extra time for production before they can be shipped. Please allow additional processing time for such items:

  • Standard made-to-order items: An additional 5-7 business days.
  • Handmade or artisan-crafted items: An additional 7-14 business days.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Items ordered together may not always be shipped in the same package.
  • Shipping times are estimated and may be affected by factors such as customs delays, postal service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
